  • We offer a variety of fitness and wellness experiences, including both heated, Warm and non-heated classes. Our class offerings include Pilates, sculpt, strength training, and restorative sessions like sound baths. We also host special themed class days to keep your routine fun, engaging, and fresh.

  • Please review our policies:

    Arrival

    • 5-minute late grace period—no exceptions.

    • Due to construction, arrive 30 minutes early.

    Cancellations

    • Members: cancel 12 hours before.

    • Non-members: cancel 24 hours before.

    • Late cancel: $14 fee.

    • No-show: $20 charge.

    Refunds & Credits

    • All sales final. No refunds or credit transfers.

    Membership Changes

    • Cancel by email ≥7 days before next billing to avoid charges.

    Studio Etiquette & Safety

    • Grip socks required.

    • No shoes in studio rooms.

    Filming

    • Video allowed; no tripods, stands, or extra

    Credits

    • Please note that all credits expire at their designated time, and we’re unable to restore them once they have expired.

    Mats

    • A mat is required for all classes. Please note that entry into the studio room is not permitted without one.

  • We provide premium amenities to elevate your studio experience. Our space includes two showers, each equipped with triple shower heads for a luxurious post-class refresh.

    We also offer complimentary towels and a curated selection of high-quality products, including OUAI shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand wash, dry shampoo. Rhode face cleanser, Patrick Ta hair and body spray, and Native deodorant.

    For added convenience, we provide micellar face cleansing wipes, hair refresh wipes, and hair ties—so you can freshen up quickly and leave feeling your best.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to Yes! You’re welcome to bring your own mat (BYOM). If you don’t have one, no worries—we offer STAKT mats available for rental, along with yoga towels for your convenience.

    If it’s your first time booking directly through us (not through a third-party platform), you’ll receive a complimentary rental yoga towel for your class.

  • Reservations made through ClassPass or any other third-party platform are subject to the fees and policies set by that platform. Formé’s cancellation policy applies to all bookings, including those made through third parties. Please note that we have no control over third-party fees or charges. As Formé does not manage or modify these reservations, any questions or concerns must be directed to the original booking platform.
